Email, plan/order details, license key and plan tier name, verification timestamps, lightweight telemetry (use counts, and last verification timestamps).

Single-User only: device Machine IDs and OS user name for seat enforcement and debugging purposes only.

 

We don’t collect full card numbers or your Maya project content.

2. WHY WE COLLECT IT

To run licensing/seat checks, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal/accounting needs.

3. RETENTION

​

Licensing records for the life of the license and a reasonable period after, Machine IDs while Single User License policy applies, logs briefly for security, support emails as needed.
