REFUNDS SUMMARY

We offer refunds within 7 calendar days of purchase for installation/activation issues. Approved refunds may exclude ~5% non-refundable processor fees.

 

To request a refund, email info@nobraintools.com within 7 days with your order email, plan, and purchase date. Refunds go to the original payment method. Refund timing will depend on your payment provider, bank or wallet. Prices are in USD. We are not collecting taxes at this time. For full terms, see below.

FULL TERMS

1. PLANS AND PRICING

You can subscribe to the plans listed on www.nobraintools.com. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We do not currently collect sales taxes. If that changes in the future, we’ll update these terms, and any taxes will be shown at checkout before you pay.

2) YOUR AUTHORIZATION FOR RECURRING CHARGES

By starting a subscription, you authorize No Brain Studios and our payment processors (e.g., Wix/Stripe) to store your payment method and charge it automatically at the start of your subscription and on each renewal until you cancel. Renewal timing matches the plan you select (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). If your bank or wallet requires it, you agree to complete any extra authentication so the payment can go through.

If you purchase a one-time plan (non-recurring), you authorize a single charge only for the stated term; there is no auto-renewal for that plan.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., major cards; in some regions, supported wallets). Some payment  methods may be one-time only and not available for auto-renewals; if so, you can switch to a re-newable method in your account.

4. TRIALS AND PROMOTIONS

If a trial or promotional price is offered, it runs for the stated period. Unless you cancel before it ends, your plan continues at the offered price and interval. (Trial plans will not be auto-renewed.) 

5. CANCELLING RENEWALS

You may cancel any time before the next renewal in your account or by emailing info@nobraintools.com. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid term. Cancelling stops future renewals, it does not refund past charges.

6. REFUNDS

We offer refunds within 7 calendar days of purchase for issues such as installation or activation problems. Because Groomer’s Tool can deliver results in minutes, we do not provide refunds once your license has been activated (validated) and the software has been used. Where needed, we may verify usage via server logs/requests. Approved refunds may exclude non-refundable payment-processing fees (typically ~5%) that our payment partner does not return to us. To request a refund, email info@nobraintools.com within 7 days with your order email, plan, and purchase date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing will depend on your bank or wallet. Prices are in USD, and we are not collecting taxes at this time. 

7. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a renewal fails or authentication isn’t completed, we may ask you to update your payment method and may pause access until payment succeeds.

8. LICENSE

Access is licensed, not sold. Single-User licenses are for one individual (with device limits described on our site). Studio plans cover teams within posted limits. Sharing keys, bypassing security, or reverse-engineering is not allowed. 

9. CHANGES

We may update plan features or prices for future terms. If your active plan’s renewal price or core features change, we’ll give reasonable notice. You can cancel before the change takes effect.​
