Whether you are an independent artist, a small studio, a school, or a large production team, every Groomer’s Tool plan includes the same core tools and ongoing product updates.
Choose your plan based on the number of authorized users, operating-system requirements, and deployment environment.
Which License Should I Choose?
Choose Single User License when:
You are an independent artist, freelancer, creator, or sole proprietor, and Groomer’s Tool will be used only by you.
Choose Studio License Tier 1 when:
Your organization has 5-9 Windows users, or has 1-9 users and requires Linux support, or requiring Studio XGT Refresher for a restricted-network environment.
Choose Studio License Tier 2 when:
Your organization has 10 or more users within one licensed site. Windows/Linux support, and Studio XGT Refresher included.

Online and Offline Use
All Groomer’s Tool licenses support temporary offline use.
When a workstation has internet access, Groomer’s Tool automatically connects to the licensing server and refreshes its license in the background.
Single User License must periodically connect their workstations to the internet so the license can refresh automatically.
Studio Friendly
One Shared License for Your Team
Studio licenses (Tier 1, and Tier 2) use one shared team license key for all authorized users covered by the selected plan. Your technical team can choose the deployment method that best fits your environment.
Individual installation
Deploy Groomer’s Tool directly to each authorized workstation while using the same shared Studio license key.
This allows studios, schools, and organizations to choose between centralized management and individual workstation deployment.

Studio XGT Refresher
License refreshing for restricted-network environments
Some studios and organizations prevent artist workstations from accessing the internet.
Studio Tier 1 and Studio Tier 2 include the XGT Refresher, a standalone tool that allows an administrator to refresh the Studio license from a designated internet-connected computer.
License refreshing can be automated using:

This allows artists to keep working in a restricted or offline production environment while the Studio license is updated through an approved connected system.
