Choose Single License when:
You are one independent artist, freelancer, or creator using Groomer’s Tool personally.
Choose Studio Lite when:
Your studio, school, or organization has up to 4 users, uses only Windows, and allows workstations to connect to the internet periodically.
Choose Studio Tier 1 when:
Your organization has up to 9 users, requires Linux support, or needs Studio Refresher for a restricted-network environment.
Choose Studio Tier 2 when:
Your organization has 10 or more users within one licensed site.

One Shared License for Your Team
Studio licenses use one shared team license key for all authorized users covered by the selected plan.
Your technical team can choose the deployment method that best fits your environment.
Shared installation
Install Groomer’s Tool in a shared network location and allow authorized users to access the same installation and license file.
Individual installation
Deploy Groomer’s Tool directly to each authorized workstation while using the same shared Studio license key.
This allows studios, schools, and organizations to choose between centralized management and individual workstation deployment.
Online and Offline Use
All Groomer’s Tool licenses support temporary offline use.
When a workstation has internet access, Groomer’s Tool automatically connects to the licensing server and refreshes its license in the background.
Single License and Studio Lite users must periodically connect their workstations to the internet so the license can refresh automatically.
Studio Refresher
License refreshing for restricted-network environments
Some studios and organizations prevent artist workstations from accessing the internet.
Studio Tier 1 and Studio Tier 2 include Studio Refresher, a command-line tool that allows an administrator to refresh the Studio license from a designated internet-connected computer.
License refreshing can be automated using:

Windows Task Scheduler or other relevant Windows scheduling tools
This allows artist workstations to remain inside a restricted or offline production environment while the Studio license is refreshed through an approved system.
