SUBSCRIPTION & REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS SUMMARY
We offer refunds within 7 calendar days of purchase for installation or activation issues. Approved refunds may exclude approximately 5% non-refundable payment processing fees.
To request a refund, email info@nobraintools.com within 7 days of purchase with your order email, plan, and purchase date. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your payment provider, bank, or digital wallet.
Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected where required by applicable law or by the payment platform used during checkout.

1. PLANS AND PRICING

2) YOUR AUTHORIZATION FOR RECURRING CHARGES
By starting a subscription, you authorize No Brain Tools, together with our payment processors (including, but not limited to, Wix Payments, Stripe, Gumroad, PayPal, or their successors), to securely store your payment method where applicable and automatically charge it at the beginning of your subscription and on each renewal until you cancel.
Renewal timing follows the billing interval you selected (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually).
If your bank, card issuer, or digital wallet requires additional authentication, you agree to complete any required verification in order for payment to be processed.
If you purchase a one-time (non-recurring) plan, you authorize a single payment only for the stated license term. That plan will not renew automatically.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including major credit and debit cards and, in certain regions, supported digital wallets.
Some payment methods may only be available for one-time purchases and may not support recurring subscriptions. If necessary, you may switch to a supported recurring payment method through your account before your next renewal.
4. TAXES
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, VAT, GST, HST, sales tax, or similar indirect taxes) may be calculated and collected where required by applicable law or by the payment platform processing your purchase.
Whether tax applies, and the amount collected, depends on factors such as your billing location, applicable tax laws, and the payment platform used to complete your purchase.
Taxes collected and remitted by payment processors or tax authorities may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.
5. TRIALS AND PROMOTIONS
If a trial or promotional price is offered, it will remain valid for the stated promotional period.
Unless otherwise specified, trial plans do not renew automatically.
For promotional subscriptions, unless you cancel before the next renewal date, your subscription will continue at the applicable renewal price and billing interval.
6. CANCELLING RENEWALS
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date through your account or by emailing info@nobraintools.com.
After cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not refund payments already made.
7. REFUNDS
We offer refunds within 7 calendar days of purchase for issues such as installation or activation problems.
Because Groomer's Tool can deliver immediate value and a fully functional license upon activation, we generally do not provide refunds once the license has been successfully activated (validated) and the software has been used.
Where necessary, we may verify activation status through our licensing servers and related activation records.
Approved refunds may exclude non-refundable payment processing fees (typically around 5%) that are retained by our payment partners and are not returned to us.
8. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a subscription renewal fails, or any required payment authentication is not successfully completed, we may request that you update your payment method.
Access to Groomer's Tool may be suspended until payment has been successfully processed.
9. LICENSE
Access to Groomer's Tool is licensed, not sold.
Single-User licenses are intended for one individual, subject to the device limitations described on our website and End User License Agreement (EULA).
Studio licenses are intended for teams within the published usage limits.
Sharing license keys, circumventing licensing mechanisms, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to bypass licensing restrictions is strictly prohibited.
10. CHANGES
We may update subscription plans, pricing, features, or these Subscription & Refund Policy terms from time to time.
Changes to pricing or subscription features apply only to future billing periods.
Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice before material changes take effect, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the next renewal.
