PRIVACY POLICY
1. WHAT WE COLLECT
For all License types, No Brain Studios and its service providers may collect limited information needed to sell, license, verify, and support Maya Groomer’s Tool, including:

email and account information;

order details, payment status, license key, and plan type;

activation and verification records;

limited usage and technical information; and

support messages and files you choose to provide.
For Single-User Licenses only, we may also collect a hashed Device identifier, operating-system user name, and limited Device-use records for Device-limit enforcement, License security, and troubleshooting.
Payment information is processed by the payment platform used at checkout. No Brain Studios does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
We do not access your Maya project content unless you voluntarily provide it for support.
2. WHY WE COLLECT IT
We and our service providers use this information to process purchases, issue and verify Licenses, enforce applicable License limits, prevent fraud and unauthorized use, maintain our services, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
We do not sell personal information.
3. RETENTION
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, support, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal purposes.
Single-User Device information is retained only while reasonably needed to administer the applicable Device policy.
When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of.
