CURVE COPY/PASTE

Copies and pastes Maya curve(s) onto existing curves.

With Orientation:
This mode will take in consideration of the underlying mesh normal of the reference curve.
To Copy:
To Paste:
To Copy:
- Select 1 Maya curve.
- Click on Copy. (After copying, the Reference Curve field will automatically pick up your selection)
- Make sure that you have 'copied' a curve first.
- Select all the Maya curve(s) you would like to paste the shape to.
- Click on 'Paste'
With Orientation:
This mode will take in consideration of the underlying mesh normal of the reference curve.
To Copy:
- Select 1 Maya curve AND the underlying mesh that the curve is rooted on.
- Click on Copy. (After copying, both the Reference Curve and the Reference Mesh fields will automatically pick up your selections)
To Paste:
- Make sure that you have 'copied' a curve and the mesh first.
- Select all the Maya curve(s) you would like to paste the shape to.
- Click on 'Paste'
NOTE: Please avoid having curves with double transforms. Curves in a group that has transform values cause errors. Transforms on curves itself is fine.
