Do I need an internet to use Groomer's Tool?
- Yes. Groomer's Tool goes through Gumroad for licensing validation. An internet is required whenever you use Groomer's Tool.
Is there an offline solution?
- Unfortunately, you will require an internet that has access to Gumroad at the moment to use the tool.
I live in China, why do I receive a connection error in Maya when I try to launch Groomer's Tool?
- Users in China will require a VPN to access the internet.
I only need the tool for a short period of time, do you have plans for short term users?
- You have the choice between subscription options of 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and yearly durations. Whether you're working on a short-term project or a year-long endeavor, you can select the option that best fit with your requirements.

- For Studio Tier 1 and 2 License, Maya 2022(Python 2/3), 2023, 2024, 2025 on Windows/Linux are supported.
I am a freelance/student, can I install Groomer's Tool on more than one machine?
- As per EULA, you can install Groomer's Tool on up to two machines.
Can I get Groomer's Tool from other website other than Gumroad?
- Groomer's Tool is available only through Gumroad with subscription.
