• PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'C:\\Program Files\\Autodesk\\Maya2022\\scripts\\xgtc\\xgTools_user.py'

SOLUTION:

• This means you will need to set user admission to write/edit/read the xgtc folders. Please try the following solution:

1. Browse to the xgtc folder, right click and select properties

2. Go to Security tab, click on ‘Edit’ button

3. ​Under Group or user names, select ‘Users’, and turn on Full Control

4. Restart Maya
